Throughout my life, I have grown to appreciate and respect this business and the Clients we work with. Working with families and single professionals I have found my niche advising on life and health insurance solutions. Since 2015, it’s brought me great happiness to have helped many people prepare for life’s important moments. I am skilled at identifying risk, highly motivated, empathetic and intuitive.

Working and living in downtown Vancouver lets me enjoy Stanley Park. I go there to train for running races, cruise around on my bike and soak in the sun on the beaches. What’s the next chapter of your life?

I am a service associate for Amanda. My story traverses the globe from Hong Kong to Canada, with a long chapter in the UK where I studied law. The technical, regulatory, and detail-oriented nature of my education suits me well for this chapter in my professional life. As an avid soccer fan, I spend time with my family watching every Premiere league match I can.

My name is Jen DeGroot, I was born and raised in Sarnia Ontario and have lived in BC since 2022. I have been a dental hygienist for the last 15 years and am excited to be challenged and learn a new industry.

I am the oldest of 4 siblings and am a very proud aunt to 4 beautiful nieces. My family and friends are tremendously important to me, followed by my love of travel (next trip is Japan), which are the main things that feed my soul.

In my free time I enjoy socializing and hanging out with friends, exploring the city, enjoying good food and drink, Broadway or comedy shows, concerts, dancing (currently learning salsa) and playing beach volleyball.

I feel I am genuine, authentic, easy going, hard working, and enjoy a good laugh.
