Brad Ritchie
I grew up in Morden, Manitoba. I spent over 30 years living in Thompson, Manitoba and recently relocated back to my hometown. I am passionate about our beautiful province and the many communities that we serve. I’m grateful because in the last 20+ years as a financial advisor, I have built a reputation for being caring, patient, and loyal. I’m passionate about guiding clients down a realistic path. I’ve consistently focused on delivering reliable service and clear results. I am proud of the work I do, and I’m also proud of my dedicated team. I love both Thompson and Morden, and have spent many years teaching hockey and lacrosse in the community. Through coaching, I have realized the positive impact that you can have on someone’s life. I bring the same passion when working with clients.
Because of the incredible communities that we call home, I’m also an avid outdoor enthusiast. In my spare time, I love to spend time at our cabin with my wife and four children.

Kayla joined TruPath Financial Solutions in 2018 and holds her Investment Fund License. She coordinates Clients needs to achieve the best possible Client experience. She is passionate about going above and beyond and values making everyone feel welcomed and appreciated.
She enjoys spending time with her fiancé and son. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and crafting. She also enjoys the outdoors, and you’ll often find her out camping or fishing.

Tara Ritchie
Tara is new to the team, joining in 2023. Tara comes with an extensive background in community relations and customer service. Born and raised near Morden Manitoba, Tara helped with her family’s farm operations. Here, she learned the value of hard work. Tara spent over 25 years living in Thompson, Manitoba. This given her a deep appreciation of northern life and the outdoors. When it’s time to relax, she enjoys being on the lake, being creative and spending time with family and friends.
