I came to the District Manager role from 17 years in the financial services industry with knowledge & experience in personal and corporate financial, tax and estate planning as well as insurance and investment sales and services. I believe every Canadian deserves access to financial advice. I’m passionate about helping and coaching others in achieving financial security and success. I continue to look for and work with self-motivated individuals who share my passion to join our team. Together we can make a bigger impact to the financial well-being of Canadians.

I came to Canada 23 years ago from China. I speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. In my spare time I enjoy going to concerts, art galleries, golfing, skiing, and travelling with my partner and our 12-year old boy. 

After graduating from University of Calgary with a degree in Management, I started my career in financial services at one of the big banks where I navigated the Canadian financial system. I have always been interested in what makes people successful and I have a passion for helping people reach financial freedom and live healthier lives. During my career at Sun Life, I have been enthusiastically leading and empowering advisors to succeed. I am always on the lookout for self-motivated individuals who have a passion for helping people in their community by fostering mutually beneficial relationships with their clients and increasing their incomes.

I am married with 3 children and enjoy skiing, hiking, classical piano, am currently learning to play pickleball and will gladly accept advice on how to improve my golf game.

I am a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the Financial Services Industry. I am a passionate leader currently guiding and developing a team of Financial Advisors at Sun Life, helping them thrive in their careers. I take pride in being a coach and mentor, which has earned me two qualifications for the prestigious Leaders and Managers Program (LAMP), an event for the world’s most influential leaders in the financial security profession. I am a wife and mother of 3 daughters and in my spare time I love to cook delicious meals for my family. I firmly believe in balancing professional success with my joy for family and food.

I spend my time helping experienced Financial Advisors take their business to the next level by helping them implement efficient and effective processes for business planning, business management, client engagement and marketing.
