Denise has had a keen interest in financial planning since childhood. She remembers her parents motto "It's not so much about how much you make but how much you keep". Applying those same principals to Clients of Aspire Financial Services Inc., Denise enjoys working with professionals and business owners who are retirees or are thinking about retiring. She also appreciates helping singles, couples and families with their financial and retirement strategies.

As the founder of Aspire, Denise understands that for most, financial security is top of mind. This is why she created the unique Aspire process entitled the Achiever Program. The objective of the Achiever Program is to challenge and motivate professionals to launch their vision into a reality. Build your savings, protect your assets, and enjoy. Denise and her team care about Client needs. They're dedicated to taking the time to listen to Clients and help them achieve their goals.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Denise graduated from University with a Marketing and Administration Degree. In 2004, Denise joined the financial services industry and proudly obtained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2015. Denise lives with her husband and daughter in Winnipeg. She loves Cross Training at the gym and spending time with her family.

Amanda ensures Clients are serviced in an efficient and timely manner by managing schedules in the office. She oversees and carries through any issues to provide the highest level of support to Clients and the team.

With more than 10 years’ customer service experience, Amanda enjoys building a strong rapport with Clients. She’s passionate about helping Clients find peace of mind when it comes to their financial security.

As a service associate with the Aspire team, Shane’s top priority is ensuring every Client interaction and transaction is handled with accuracy, care and compliance. Working alongside Denise and collaborating with various investment representatives and fund companies, he is committed to delivering a seamless Client experience that always puts investors first. Shane is a firm believer in financial discipline and relates to Albert Einstein’s philosophy: “Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it; he who doesn’t, pays it.”

Before joining Aspire Financial Services, Shane spent over a year in the banking industry. During his studies, he developed a strong foundation in relationship-building and analytical thinking skills that continue to shape his professional approach today.

Outside the office, he can be found training at the gym, watching hockey, managing his fantasy hockey team, or listening to music and personal development podcasts. Shane has lived in Winnipeg since 2020 while he grew up south of the city in Landmark MB.

As an assistant at Aspire Financial, Hannah Nguyen plays a vital role in ensuring Clients receive exceptional service and support. She schedules appointments and manages the calendar for Denise. Hannah is also the first point of contact for all Client inquiries, ensuring communication is handled promptly and professionally.

With over 3 years of customer services in financial industry reflecting in the current position, it continuously helps me on building up my knowledge and expertise in the financial field which is my passion. She was drawn to the industry by the interest of how understanding personal financial management is key to managing your money wisely and building a secure future.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and enjoy my hobbies of doing DIY gifts for friends.
