Douglas has been in financial services since 2006 before establishing his own business in 2010. With an extraordinary ability to enhance Clients’ financial strategies, he helps them realize and achieve their full potential. Solutions are customized for each Client’s individual needs. With a background in education, previous experience as an insurance product specialist, and as a sales manager for South Saskatchewan; Douglas is exceptional at helping Clients understand their options, so they feel confident and in control of their future.

Whether he’s working with families, business owners, or people thinking about retirement, Douglas’ priority is maintaining strong Client relationships. They are long-standing and built on trust, reliability, and stability.

Douglas lives in Regina with his wife and two children. He’s an active member of the arts community which helps him identify new creative ideas to help Clients succeed. Douglas supports a wide range of community-based organizations and initiatives through volunteer time and sponsorship. Douglas enjoys camping, sailing, and is a formally trained photographer.  

Xander began his career in the financial services industry in 2025 and joined Douglas Stroud’s team as an associate advisor in January 2026.

Raised across the prairies in both rural and urban communities, he brings a practical, balanced perspective to the planning process. Xander’s approach is grounded in transparent advice and a strong commitment to building trust through meaningful, long-term Client relationships. By taking the time to understand each Client’s unique goals and circumstances, he provides thoughtful guidance designed to support informed decision-making and help build lasting financial confidence.

Xander holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan. He lives in Regina with his family and their two dogs, Dexter and Huxley. Outside of work, Xander enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, golfing and playing flag football.

Cindy has dedicated over 30 years to a career in the insurance and the financial services industry. She provides support to Clients and team members and is responsible for workflow management. Cindy is knowledgeable, attentive and puts Clients’ needs first!

Cindy has completed numerous professional development courses and has obtained an Associate Customer Service and Fellow, Life Management Institute designation.

Cindy resides in Regina and keeps busy with her Yorkie Olivia, her friends and family. She enjoys travelling or relaxing with a good movie and is often working on home improvement projects.

With Chris’ educational background in finance, he brings a unique understanding and perspective. This is especially apparent when working with other recent graduates and young professionals starting their careers. He enjoys helping them develop financial strategies to help build and protect their wealth.

As a service associate, Christopher works closely with Douglas and the team. Together they will continue providing excellence in customer service with existing and new Clients.

Christopher is originally from Regina and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Jocelyn began her career supporting community focused organizations in the non profit and arts and culture sectors before joining Douglas Stroud’s team as an Advisor Assistant in November 2025.

With experience across multiple organizations and industries, she brings a calm, organized approach to Client service and day to day operations. Jocelyn is known for being proactive, thoughtful, and highly dependable, with a strong ability to streamline administrative processes so the team can stay focused on what matters most, serving Clients well. She takes pride in solving problems quickly, keeping details on track, and helping make each Client interaction feel smooth, personal, and supported.

Jocelyn lives in Regina with her family. Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys gardening, reading, and creating art. She is also involved in the local community as Treasurer for Dinner and Dragons Games Inc., a community nonprofit organization.
