A financial advisor for over 24 years, Alexandre holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke and has been registered with the IPF as a financial planner since 2005. He is a speaker for Sun Life and delivers numerous financial training and information seminars each year for businesses and individuals. He has achieved several levels of excellence in the industry throughout his career.

A devoted family man and passionate about all kinds of games, he is curious and sociable, interested in everything and enjoys expanding his knowledge.

Lydiane joined the team over 10 years ago as a mutual fund representative. A graduate of the University of Montreal with a bachelor's degree in health sciences, and a nutritionist in a previous career, she is passionate about the planet through her hobbies of outdoor activities, cooking, permaculture, and self-sufficiency.

She is committed to the overall well-being of her clients because, in her view, "a healthy mind in a healthy body" also means financial health. She will work collaboratively with you to plan your finances to achieve your goals while protecting you financially against life's uncertainties.

Mélanie is the heart and voice of the team: managing various files for advisors, scheduling appointments, and handling customer service, always with the same goal in mind: to provide the best possible service to everyone!

Driven by a genuine passion for customer service, Mélanie enjoys helping, supporting, and meeting people's needs. Her work experience has taken her from a position as a customer service representative at RBC since 2007 to the role she has held for over 10 years.

Joining the company in 2015, she quickly completed her training to obtain her mutual fund license. In 2020, Mélanie earned her licenses in life and group insurance. In 2021, she decided to expand her expertise by becoming a Commissioner for Oaths.

Outside of her job, Mélanie has a true passion for physical training, hunting, and fishing. This balance between her personal and professional life makes her a persevering individual who combines expertise and authenticity in everything she undertakes.

A native of Lac St-Jean, Frédéric left his beautiful region to pursue his thirst for knowledge. A graduate of the University of Sherbrooke with a degree in history and international politics, he also holds training in commercial photography and graphic design for the printing industry. A true jack-of-all-trades, he worked as a freelance photographer and graphic designer for over five years before moving into managing a 250-unit residential property portfolio for three years. He joined the team in 2016 as an administrative assistant.

His passions? Photography, film, music, and sports cars. A rather intellectual, quick-witted, and analytical thinker, he loves to learn through reading and various training programs. However, he won't hesitate to get his hands dirty when the situation calls for it. Frédéric loves having the opportunity to solve problems, be of service, and help others, always adding a touch of humor: life is always better with a smile, isn't it?

With over 30 years of experience in financial services, she is known for her excellent customer service. Determined, she goes above and beyond to find the best solutions for her clients.

Outside of work, she leads an active life, energized by her two lively grandchildren. To recharge, she escapes to her cottage, where she enjoys hiking in the woods, fishing, kayaking, and, more recently, stand-up paddleboarding.

Dedicated and attentive, she stands out for her efficiency and her ability to find solutions to both small and large daily challenges. Naturally curious, she loves learning and is interested in a wide range of subjects, from sports to film.

In her free time, Leila pursues her passion for aviation, a discipline that reflects her meticulousness and strong work ethic.

Her cheerful disposition and positive energy bring a very human touch to the finance department, quickly making her a key member of the team.
