My role as district director is to ensure the development and effective management of the district while ensuring that services are provided efficiently and meet the needs of the community. As District Director, I am deeply passionate about creating an environment where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and develop professionally. My 10 years of experience as an advisor, my financial planner designation since 2009, and director since 2008, reflect my strong commitment to generating a positive impact.

Nathalie Berleur
Started in the financial services industry in January 2001 as a financial security advisor and mutual fund representative at Financière Liberté 55 until June 2007. I obtained my Financial Planner diploma in September 2004 and my Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in June 2007.
Having completed the securities course in December 2007, I joined TD Waterhouse Financial Planning as a Financial Planner and investment advisor. Subsequently, I joined Sun Life's Montreal downtown financial centre as sales director. From January 2011 to April 2020, I was a Professional Development Training Specialist with the role of developing training materials including wealth management and training advisors and directors.
Since April 2020, I have accepted the role of Business Development Consultant for the Greater Montreal region.

In 2021, I started in financial services as a financial security advisor at IA Financial Group where my exceptional performance earned me recognition on several occasions.

Mohamed Jelassi

Guylaine Monette
For 27 years, I have been living a rewarding professional journey at Sun Life, a path that began in 1999 with La Mutuelle. My career first took me to the Laval financial center, where I worked for 16 years, before continuing my commitment at the Blainville financial center, where I have been contributing with passion for the past 11 years.

Caroline Chalifoux
I joined Sun Life in 2018 as an Advisor Assistant, a role that allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the services offered by Sun Life and the needs of clients. In 2022, I expanded my role by also taking on occasional temporary assignments at the Blainville and Terrebonne financial centers, which gave me a broader perspective on operations and allowed me to develop my versatility.
In 2023, building on this diverse experience, I was permanently hired as Financial Center administrator at the Terrebonne Financial Center. My experience as an Advisor Assistant proved to be a valuable asset in this new role, enabling me to bring a deeper understanding of advisors’ needs and to contribute effectively to daily operations, now at the Blainville Financial Center.

Subsequently, as Commerce Business Controller, I contributed to budget management, variance analysis, and profitability monitoring, thereby developing my skills in management accounting and financial analysis.
Beyond my accounting studies at UEH, I hold certifications in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online and in Revenue Margin Growth. I am currently pursuing FMVA certification in financial modeling.
