My role as district director is to ensure the development and effective management of the district while ensuring that services are provided efficiently and meet the needs of the community. A focus on sustained and inclusive growth contributes to sustainable development and well-being in our district.

As District Director, I am deeply passionate about creating an environment where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and develop professionally. My 10 years of experience as an advisor, my financial planner designation since 2009, and director since 2008, reflect my strong commitment to generating a positive impact.

Started in the financial services industry in January 2001 as a financial security advisor and mutual fund representative at Financière Liberté 55 until June 2007. I obtained my Financial Planner diploma in September 2004 and my Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in June 2007.

Having completed the securities course in December 2007, I joined TD Waterhouse Financial Planning as a Financial Planner and investment advisor. Subsequently, I joined Sun Life's Montreal downtown financial centre as sales director. From January 2011 to April 2020, I was a Professional Development Training Specialist with the role of developing training materials including wealth management and training advisors and directors.

Since April 2020, I have accepted the role of Business Development Consultant for the Greater Montreal region.

With over 13 years of experience in the financial sector, including 12 years at Canada Life, I have successively held the positions of Financial Security Advisor, General Manager of the Mauricie/Centre-du-Québec Financial Centre, and Regional Executive Consultant. My career has enabled me to develop a strong business acumen and professional approach founded on creativity, innovation, accountability, and autonomy. Action-oriented and proactive, I have demonstrated the ability to navigate change and propose solutions tailored to organizational challenges in management, leadership, and sustainable growth.

Holding an MBA in Management from UQTR and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, I stand out for: - My ability to lead and support change management projects - My expertise in employee retention and talent development - My sharp analytical skills, ensuring sustainable performance and informed decision-making

With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services field, I joined Sun Life in August 2015 as a financial security advisor and mutual fund representative. Since then, I have grown as an entrepreneur to the point of creating my own company within Sun Life. Then in August 2022, I joined the management team as a partner in business development.

My role: to support new advisors entering the industry. To help them grow as self-employed professionals. To build their business to match their objectives. Thanks to my knowledge, passion, and extensive experience, I will be able to help you maximize your potential to create an exceptional career.

In 2021, I started in financial services as a financial security advisor at IA Financial Group where my exceptional performance earned me recognition on several occasions.

In February 2025, I accepted to join the Sun Life management team, Montreal North-East district, for the position of Business Development Partner where my role consists of supporting and helping young advisors build their business and accomplish their mission of helping people in their community achieve better financial security in a healthy and sustainable way and, in turn, help the company achieve its objectives and maintain its trusted brand.

Holder of a bachelor's degree in legal sciences and several diplomas in management, the most recent of which is a Master's Pro 2 in GSE.

Having put all my knowledge to work for several international organizations and United Nations agencies, I possess a wide range of knowledge and experience allowing me to fully play my role and especially face the challenges of the era.

Always in pursuit of knowledge, I am in the process of acquiring new knowledge in order to be the inspiring woman I dream of being, to influence more young people, men and women, to become Sun Life advisors.
