Our Process
Rooted in Wisdom, Grown with Intention.
At Victorious Financial Services, we believe a strong financial roadmap grows the same way a healthy crop does—with preparation, good seed, consistent care, and the right harvesting strategy. Here is what you can expect when you work with us:
Step 1: Cultivating the Field
Breaking Ground. Just like prepping and cultivating the soil before seeding, our first meeting is all about preparing a good foundation and getting to know your unique situation.
- Our Focus: We learn about you and your family, your farm or business, and what matters most to you. We discuss your short-term, long-term, retirement, and estate goals to ensure we are the right fit.
- Your Part: Just come ready to talk; no financial documents or paperwork are required at this stage.
Step 2: Seed Selection
Gathering Information. Once we decide to work together, we gather the high-quality data and information needed to build a strong roadmap. We will ask you to bring:
- Personal Data: Recent tax returns, investment and savings statements, insurance and pension details, a list of assets/liabilities, your current will, and power of attorney. We also look at your budget to dive deeper into cash flow and retirement planning.
- Corporate Data (If Incorporated): Corporate tax returns, financial statements, and any legal agreements (like unanimous shareholder agreements).
Step 3: Planning and Planting
Building the Roadmap. Behind the scenes, I work with my dedicated team to drop the seeds and create your personalized financial roadmap.
- The Blueprint: We turn your goals into a clear, understandable roadmap covering cash flow analysis, budget planning, insurance reviews, investment portfolio design, tax-efficient strategies, retirement income planning, and estate or succession considerations.
Step 4: Walking the Field
Reviewing Your Roadmap. Once the roadmap is built, we meet to look at the progress together step-by-step to see how things are growing.
- The Review: We meet to thoroughly review our strategic recommendations, walk through the details, and answer any questions you have.
Step 5: Tending the Crop
Putting It into Action. A plan only grows when you apply the right inputs. Here, we roll up our sleeves to implement the recommendations and fine-tune your roadmap.
- The Implementation: This stage is where we put the plan into action. It often requires close collaboration with your trusted accountant, lawyer, or other local professionals to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Step 6: Harvest and Replant
Annual Reviews. Like farming, life shifts with the seasons. Every year, we meet to protect your yield and prepare for the next cycle.
- The Ongoing Cycle: We meet annually to review your roadmap and adjust for new goals, tax changes, income shifts, market conditions, or any other operational updates.
The Final Result: A relationship that grows with you. Just like a field that is tended year after year, your financial health grows best with consistent care. Our job is to help you plant wisely, protect your crop, and harvest at the right time, all while giving you confidence and peace of mind!

Here is why corporate class investments are a game-changer for taxable wealth:
• They help prevent heavily taxed interest and foreign dividends from showing up on your annual tax slip.
• They convert ordinary investment income into tax-advantaged capital gains or Canadian dividends.
• They allow your wealth to grow faster by deferring taxes and letting compound interest do its job.
It’s one of our favorite strategies for business owners, farmers, and retirees who want to protect their hard-earned capital.
A 2% return isn’t automatically wrong. It completely depends on your timeline.
If you need that money in 12 months, keeping it safe makes total sense. But money needed in 30 years should never be treated the same as money needed next year. If you treat long-term wealth like an emergency fund, inflation wins and your wealth stalls.
Your investments must match your objectives.

Using the Rule of 72, the math is simple: divide 72 by your rate of return.
If your money is sitting in an account earning 2.2%, you are waiting 33 years for a single double. But if you're invested for the long term earning 5% to 7%, your money doubles every 10 to 14 years.
When you start young, time does the heavy lifting for you. Don't waste your most valuable asset.
