Hello! My name is Nicolle, and I am an associate advisor to Laurel here at Sun Life.
I have always had a passion for teaching and explored this path as my career, but along the way, I realized that my true passion was for educating people and to create Client empowerment through knowledge and comprehension regarding financial education which is what led me here.
I was previously an assistant manager at a health and wellness facility and still pursue my own goals in that field in my free time. I also enjoy movies, music, and any sport related activities.

Ron Aylward
I’m Ron Aylward, and for over two decades I led high-volume, big box retail operations for industry leaders like Walmart and Food Basics. During that time, I honed my skills in team leadership, operational excellence and customer experience—managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls, driving store performance and mentoring hundreds of associates. My passion for innovation and results pushed me to co-own two successful corporations, where I gained firsthand experience in strategic planning, financial management and building strong corporate cultures.
My entrepreneurial spirit eventually called me back out of the corporate world to chart my own course. Today, I leverage my extensive retail and business background to build my own enterprises and help empower others on their path to financial freedom. I specialize in designing customized strategies that help Clients grow wealth, optimize investments and achieve true independence.
