Liliana is LUCEM's Operations Manager, bringing 10 years of experience to the team. Her focus is to provide a great service experience to Clients and managing the wealth operations. Her knowledge and experience equip her with the familiarity to navigate the different investment products, regulatory processes, and technical understanding of the industry.

Her experience as an elite athlete representing her country's national Water Polo team taught her the value of leadership, hard work, and teamwork. She is passionate about learning and understanding how things work. Her belief in the value of self development drives her to continuously improve her skills to deliver service excellence.

Liliana is a soccer enthusiast and spends much of her spare time playing soccer with her husband and kids. She also volunteers as a swim coach at their school. She nurtures her cultural background by cooking delicious Colombian dishes.
