Based in beautiful Kamloops, BC, Oli Campagnolli brings over 20 years of administrative expertise to Michael Chmilar's team – and yes, someone needs to keep Michael in line and Oli's got that covered!

With a customer service heart and a process-improvement mind, Oli's sweet spot is developing systems that make life easier for everyone. She is currently on a mission to become a licensed admin assistant, because why stop learning after 20 years? That's just called getting started!

The real-life side:

When the workday ends, it's all about what matters most: two amazing kids and quality family time. Oli's idea of the perfect weekend? Camping under the stars, fishing at a local lake, hiking the trails around Kamloops or getting her hands dirty in the garden. Some people have bucket lists full of exotic destinations. Oli's philosophy? Why go far when paradise is right here at home in Kamloops? Mountains, rivers, fresh air and no jet lag – that's living smart.

Jeff Reid is our dedicated booking assistant, focused solely on connecting with Clients and coordinating appointments. Known for his friendly approach and clear communication, Jeff ensures every Client interaction is smooth, efficient and welcoming from the very first call.

Natalie Chmilar plays a key role behind the scenes, supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. She is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date Client records, managing documentation and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. Her attention to detail and organization help create a seamless experience for both Clients and advisors.
