My name is Angel Gonzalez, associate to Randy Butt & RMB Financial Solutions Inc. A brief introduction to myself, I was born and raised in London, ON. I worked in construction installing drywall and drywall taping for seven years throughout high school and post secondary school. Throughout the duration of this time, I learned valuable skills that are utilized in all industries; being a team player, time management, hard work, and the utilization of creativity to get a job done effectively and efficiently. I attended Fanshawe College for three years where I obtained my Business Diploma, Business Administration Leadership and Management Advanced Diploma, and completed my 4th year of my Bachelor of Business Administration at Okanagan College in Kelowna, BC. I joined Sun Life Financial as an Advisor in 2016, and throughout my time here I have utilized my skills and educational background to help Clients achieve financial independence and freedom.

My name is Courtney Stewart, and I am a Service Associate at RMB Financial Solutions Inc. I joined the team in 2019 after returning home from working abroad throughout 2013-2017, at which time I took on roles in France, India and Australia. The opportunity to experience living and working throughout four continents has allowed me to highly develop my understanding of the diversity of lifestyles, value systems and the impact that diversity has on the approaches used in conducting business. This knowledge and experience has allowed me to identify what creates a truly exceptional Client experience. My name is Melissa Butt, and I am the Operations Manager and an Advisor Assistant at RMB Financial Solutions Inc. I joined the team in 2019 after owning and running my own Dog Grooming Business. After years of learning what is required to operate an effective and efficient business, I can now apply these skills to help our team at RMB Financial Solutions Inc. Although I am not directly interacting with Clients, my goal is to maintain optimum efficiency of the back-office side of the business so the other members of our team can focus on serving the needs of Clients. As a part of this role, I focus on implementing and managing our compliance program to ensure our business is operating with the highest level of professionalism and security that Clients need and expect. An additional part of my role is developing marketing and Client engagement strategies to ensure Clients are well informed.
