Justin is the founder of ShoresAhead Financial and started in the financial services industry in 2008. He enjoys helping Clients achieve lifetime financial security. As an advisor, he helps Clients prepare for unexpected life events with creative solutions that help protect their

financial well-being. Justin uses a holistic approach to planning and is careful to offer advice in an easy-to-understand manner. He offers strategic solutions that protect the Client against risk and has his Chartered Life Underwriter® and Certified Health Insurance Specialist designations.

He is a supportive leader who fosters open communication within his team. He’s always receptive to anything that will enhance the Client experience and provide excellent customer service.

Diego became an advisor with Sun Life in 1999. Since then, he has continually educated himself and obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, Certified Health Insurance Specialist™, and Chartered Life Underwriter® designations. He enjoys building relationships with Clients so he can service them in the best way possible. Diego always puts the needs of the Client first with his holistic financial planning approach. His experience and trustworthiness are key components in providing investment and planning advice. Having run 16 marathons, and more than 50 half marathons, he understands focus and dedication. He uses these skills in his role as a committed advisor when working with Clients.

Having joined Sun Life in 1994 as an advisor, Lee-Ann brings unique insight as a financial planner to the ShoresAhead team. She graduated from York University and has since achieved her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, Certified Health Insurance Specialist and Chartered Life Underwriter® designations. She is currently working on her Certified Executor Advisor designation. Lee-Ann enjoys seeing Clients’ financial dreams become a reality. She tailors her plans directly to Clients. It is key that Clients are confident in the knowledge and solutions provided to them. Her warm and welcoming nature are a real asset to the team. Lee-Ann believes in giving back to the community and uses her free time volunteering for various organizations.

Ryan joined the ShoresAhead Team in 2015 after graduating Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce. He helps Clients protect what is most important to them. Whether they are young families starting out or a retired couple looking for estate planning options, he is there to help. Ryan’s holistic approach to planning is a real asset as he focuses on helping Clients achieve their financial goals. Clients trust that he has their best interests in mind. His confident advice focuses on that belief. Ryan has furthered his education by completing his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Chartered Life Underwriter® designations.

Consuelo Paez Noe de Sanchez – Associate Advisor, Sun Life

As an advisor with Sun Life since 2003, Consuelo has enjoyed helping families achieve financial stability. With extensive background in the banking and financial industry starting in her home country of Ecuador, she enjoys developing financial strategies for Clients. Consuelo focuses on addressing different needs depending on the life stage of each Client. She is characterized by her caring, trustworthy, and knowledgeable approach and is committed to long-term relationships with the Clients. Consuelo particularly enjoys working with families, new Canadians, young couples, and new business owners by understanding their unique needs.

Daniel comes from a business and economic background and has a B. Comm. from the University of Windsor. He was born and still resides in the Georgina area. Daniel is very passionate about investments and seeing people achieve their goals and objectives. Daniel has completed both his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Chartered Life Underwriter designations. Daniel is a life long resident of Georgina.  

Juliana started her financial services career as an advisor in 2008. She became an Associate advisor with Diego Gonzalez in 2017. As part of the ShoresAhead team, she continually builds relationships with Clients through excellent customer service. Juliana puts herself in their shoes, helping Clients feel confident in their financial decisions. She gives advice in a very friendly caring manner, ensuring Clients know they can trust her. Juliana was a competitive swimmer for over 15 years and travelled all over the world competing before she settled in to her current career.

Heather joined the ShoresAhead team in 2010 after an extensive background in the banking and mortgage industry. She holds both mutual fund and life insurance licenses. Heather provides Clients with customer service on both the wealth and insurance side. Her role is to support advisors and Clients with accurate administrative support. Heather’s approachability, listening skills, and her genuinely caring attitude make her a valuable asset to the team. She works tirelessly to provide Clients with a superior level of service.
