I am pleased to be the owner and financial planner with Arrival Financial Solutions. I’ve worked in the financial services industry since 1991, helping families, women in transition, professionals and business owners reach their goals. Clients appreciate that I can help them build a balanced plan that can be adjusted as their needs evolve at every life stage. It’s about taking a holistic approach now and creating a strong financial roadmap to reach both short and long-term goals. I’m a proud wife and mother of three who enjoys volunteering in my community.

As the operations manager at Arrival, I am committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment within our team. Utilizing my technical background, I focus on organization, efficiency, and continuous improvement. My goal is to ensure our team is equipped with the tools and resources necessary to deliver exceptional service, exceed industry standards in compliance and help Clients achieve financial success.

Beyond operations, I have a genuine passion for the financial services industry. I have developed a deep appreciation for the value of proper financial strategies. I understand the profound impact it can have on people's lives. I am proud to be a part of our team, it is incredibly important to us that we build lasting relationships with Clients and prioritize their financial security above all else.

As an Associate Advisor, my approach is about building trust. I take the time to get to know Clients so I can provide services that meet their needs. I have worked with business owners, controllers, and CEOs. For over 20 years, I have focused on transforming productivity in leading Canadian companies. I work in the Clients best interests only.

In 2023, after 4 years of working in the education sector, I joined Arrival Financial Solutions. In my role, I help organize and create processes that enhance Client interactions. This has been a great asset with my colleagues and the Clients we work with. I enjoy coaching and guiding students in the decision-making process as they plan for their future endeavors. Additionally, I am here to ensure Client needs are being met - either in person, on-line, or over the phone. My warm personality and background in mathematics helps to make Clients feel comfortable and at ease. In my free time, I like to relax by painting, reading, and gardening. 

As the first point of contact for Clients on both the phone and at the office, I am happy to assist walk-ins and Clients with various administrative tasks. I joined the Arrival team in 2021 after a career as a law clerk. I also help with general office organization, life insurance inquiries, and the handling of our general email systems. I an known to be a self-starter and if I don't know the answer to any inquiries, I will definitely find out and get back to the client as soon as possible.

I am married with two children and enjoy spending time with my busy family. I love the summertime-especially the heat, and would love to spend my winters away somewhere tropical.
