I have been helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals with Sun Life for more than 20 years now. My career began in 2004 when I had the privilege of joining my father, Randy Moore, who started his career in 1980. Working alongside my father was one of the greatest opportunities of my life, the lessons he taught me continue to guide my approach to serving clients today.

After dad passed in 2012, I committed myself to expanding my knowledge and expertise so I could better serve the people who trust in me. I have earned several professional designations,

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our two children, family and friends. We love exploring Saskatoon, the beautiful river trails, new places to dine, and experiencing everything our vibrant community has to offer. I feel so fortunate to live and work in such a beautiful city.

With nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Laura has dedicated her career to helping Clients and their families navigate the often-complex world of insurance planning. After building a successful business as an advisor, Laura has partnered with Christopher Moore, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), to create a Client-focused approach where every Client benefits from specialized knowledge. Together, they offer a collaborative approach, with Chris focusing on investment and retirement planning and Laura providing comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to each Client’s unique needs.

Born and raised in Saskatoon, Laura is the proud mother of two daughters with her husband Dylan. Outside of work, you can find her cheering from the audience as a dedicated dance mom or supporting her youngest daughter in her growing career as an actress and performer.

Laura’s passion for insurance is deeply personal. Having grown up with significant health challenges and spending years advocating for her own insurance coverage, Laura understands firsthand the frustrations and obstacles many families face. As the parent of a child with complex medical needs, Laura knows first hand the importance of thoughtful planning and protection during life’s most challenging moments.

These experiences have shaped Laura’s commitment to helping families prepare for the unexpected and to find solutions for Clients who may be considered more difficult to insure. She take pride in providing compassionate guidance, personalized strategies, and the confidence that comes from knowing you have a plan in place for whatever the future may bring. I began my career working alongside Christopher's father, Randy.

Following Randy's passing in 2012, Christopher and I navigated a significant transition together, building on the strong foundation that had been established and continuing to serve Clients with dedication and care. Today, I am a licensed administrative assistant with 18 years of experience in the financial and insurance industry, along with extensive management experience focused on Client service and team leadership.

Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with Clients by providing professional, reliable, and personalized support, always with a commitment to exceptional service. My background in administration, management, and Client care has strengthened my organizational and communication skills, enabling me to contribute to a positive, efficient, and Client-focused experience.

As an experienced administrative assistant, I take pride in creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional Client service from the moment Clients walk through our front door!

I have been part of the team for 5 years and have had the privilege of working alongside my Dad, which has been incredibly fulfilling.

One of my favorite and most rewarding parts of my role is getting to know Clients and building lasting relationships with them. I love being able to help make their experience a positive one, whether it’s answering questions, providing support, or simply sharing a friendly conversation.

Working in a family business has taught me the importance of trust and dedication. It is something I carry with me every day and a big reason why I enjoy coming to work.

When I am not in the office, you’ll usually find me binge watching true crime documentaries, finding the best brunch spot in the city, and spending time with my amazing family.

I joined Christopher Moore’s team in 2026 following 10 years at the Sun Life branch office in Saskatoon. I enjoy working more directly with Clients as a service associate, helping the team provide excellent service and strategies for Clients and their families so they can meet their financial priorities. I have a background in service, commerce, and administration and I recently completed my studies for my insurance license.

Outside of work my focus is family. My husband, Stan, and I share time with our four children, their partners, and nine grandchildren, mostly right here in our beautiful city. We enjoy time at the beach and kayaking in summer and getting out to enjoy the winter weather as well. Aside from nature, I enjoy reading and studying a variety of topics. I am in the process of researching and writing a family history book.
