Tony Velenosi is a partner at Harbour Valley Financial Solutions. With over 16 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, he understands that every client’s financial goals, concerns, and stress points are unique. Therefore, careful time is taken with each client and new introduction to learn about their situation. 

Tony and Brendan came together in 2025 to form Harbour Valley Financial Solutions. They wanted to bring their shared experience together to form a firm that understands client’s needs. They know that at a certain point in life, people want steadiness. They understand that the Advisor helping you plan should know you, not just your accounts, not just your risk tolerance, not just what you did last year.

They don’t build financial plans for a moment in time. They build relationships that grow with you.

Tony understands this because he is living it too. With a spouse and younger daughter, he knows what it means to build a future while still enjoying the present. 

He values consistent guidance, honest conversations, and a relationship built to last.

Outside of the office, Tony loves spending time with his family and friends. He calls Dundas, Ontario home, and enjoys supporting local businesses and organizations in the community. He’s a big Toronto sports fan and enjoys playing baseball in the summers. He also loves to travel to new places, near or far.

Brendan Gratton is a partner at Harbour Valley Financial Solutions and has been an Advisor with Sun Life for over 10 years. His true passion lies in building meaningful relationships by taking the time to truly understand each client's goals, values, and perspective. By listening first, Brendan can help simplify the complexities of financial planning and provide guidance that gives clients confidence in their financial future.

While he specializes in retirement income and estate planning, Brendan's experience as a husband, father of two young children, and business owner has provided him with firsthand insight into the financial decisions families and entrepreneurs face throughout their lives. This allows him to provide practical, personalized advice to clients at every stage of their financial journey.

Outside of work, you'll find Brendan spending time with his family, cooking for friends, golfing or enjoying great music. 

Michael Calverley is an Associate Advisor with Harbour Valley Financial Solutions Inc. and has been working with clients in this role since 2018. He believes financial planning doesn't have to be complicated; taking a straightforward, relationship-focused approach that gives our clients the confidence they need to move forward.

As a new father, Mike has an even greater appreciation for the importance of planning ahead. He enjoys helping individuals, couples, and growing families protect what matters most while building a financial plan that supports their goals, whether that's through insurance, investments, or both.

Outside of work, Mike plays bass in a band and enjoys making memories with his family. You will often see him spending time on the golf course and baseball diamond. He is also a big football fan.  He believes the best advice starts with listening and is committed to helping every client feel informed, supported, and confident in their financial decisions.

Anna Walker is a Client Service Administrator at Harbour Valley Financial Solutions, bringing over 35 years of client service and processing experience to the team. Throughout her career, she has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise, making her an invaluable resource and one of the team’s trusted go-to people. Whether assisting colleagues behind the scenes or supporting clients directly, Anna’s dedication, attention to detail, and team-first attitude shine through in everything she does.

Over the years, Anna has built lasting relationships with many of Harbour Valley’s clients through her genuine care, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional service. Her friendly personality and approachable nature help clients feel welcomed, supported, and confident that they are in good hands.

Outside of the office, Anna enjoys travelling and making memories on girls’ trips with friends. She is an avid dog lover and treasures spending time with her wonderful family, especially her beloved grandchild, who always brings a smile to her face.

Whether she’s helping a client, supporting a colleague, or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, Anna is always ready to lend a helping hand.

Ashley Alleyne is a Client Service Administrator at Harbour Valley Financial Solutions. With nearly 10 years of experience in client service, she is passionate about building genuine relationships and creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client she meets. Ashley believes that the best service starts with listening, making people feel heard, and ensuring they feel comfortable every step of the way.

Originally from the beautiful island of Barbados, Ashley brings a warm Caribbean spirit, positive energy, and a people-first approach to the Harbour Valley team. She enjoys getting to know clients, understanding their unique goals, and helping them navigate their financial journey with care and confidence.
