Krista is passionate about financial literacy and empowering Clients to take action. After a family member’s husband passed away, she saw first-hand how unprepared they were for an event like this. This helped Krista understand the importance of preparing for all of life’s financial milestones. It’s her mission to help people so no one has to go through what her family member did.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Krista helps make a positive change in Clients’ lives. She can help you make informed decisions about your finances to deliver peace of mind and reach your goals. She specializes in helping young professionals and pre-retirees.

The son of an entrepreneur, Andrew understands the personal successes and challenges unique to business owners and young professionals. Andrew works with Clients to build their legacies and protect their income. He helps Clients protect themselves against risk, so their hard work and accomplishments can pass on to future generations. This empowers Clients to continue to enjoy what they love – no matter what life throws at them. He takes great pride seeing Clients reach their goals.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce from MUN and his Canadian Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designation. This helps him support Clients to make decisions that will propel them to success today and in the future. 

Michael’s job is to listen. It’s through conversations with Clients he learns about their needs and goals. This helps to determine the best approach for Clients to achieve those goals. Michael is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. He finds it rewarding to assist Clients prepare for the life they while ensuring they’re ready for the unexpected.

In addition to a Bachelor of Business degree, Michael is working towards getting his industry designations.

As an Advisor Assistant, Holly is always there to help and support Clients. Holly believes in putting Clients first and is quick to support and add clarity in any way she can. She works hard with the team to ensure they offer the best service to Clients.

Holly has worked in financial services before joining the team in 2019. Her experience helps her deliver a personal touch to Clients. She takes pride in helping to make Clients lives easier each day. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, friends and Bernese Mountain Dog, Charlotte.

Alyson’s role is to ensure Clients have the best possible Client experience. From onboarding to service follow ups to ongoing communication, Alyson is Ignite’s constant voice of confidence for Clients. She believes that every conversation is important. She dedicates herself to answering your questions and responding to your concerns.

Alyson comes from a family of entrepreneurs and understands that Client service is the backbone of every small business.
