As a Sun Life advisor, I'm passionate about helping people make informed choices to build their savings and protect their assets. As a cancer survivor, I'm also passionate about building relationships with people in my community by fundraising for the Alberta Cancer Foundation.

Thomas began his career in the financial services sector in 2008, after graduating from the University of Calgary with a BA Honours in Political Science. After six years working for two major insurance companies and Canada’s largest pension and benefits consulting firm, Thomas decided to join Sun Life to share his experience with professionals, business owners and their families.

Thomas holds the Certified Financial Planner designation through FP Canada, the Chartered Life Underwriter designation through The Institute for Advanced Financial Education.

Since 2016, Thomas has participated in Sun Life’s Workplace Solutions Program, regularly educating employees on a range of personal finance topics via seminars and webinars.

In his private life, Thomas is a devoted father and husband. Originally from Italy, he enjoys travelling back to his home country whenever possible.

Nicole Stevens serves as an advisor assistant and also as a Client experience manager, where she brings together her financial sector experience and a meaningful 15-year career in health care as a physiotherapy assistant. Her background has shaped a naturally empathetic approach, allowing her to connect with Clients, understand their needs, and help ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

Known for her calm presence and genuine care, Nicole is dedicated to creating a welcoming, seamless experience for everyone she works with. Outside of the office, Nicole loves to explore new destinations, spend time outdoors, and challenge herself through climbing- activities that reflect her curiosity, energy, and appreciation for adventure.

Shir joins our team with over 18 years of experience in the financial and insurance sectors. She brings a high level of professional and attention to detail to our daily operations.

In her role, Shir focuses on streamlining our internal processes and ensuring that every Client’s request is handled efficiently and accurately. Her extensive experience allows her to provide invaluable support, helping our practice maintain the high standard of service Clients expect.

Outside of the office, Shir and her husband enjoy raising their three children and exploring their new home in Canada. Since moving, the family has embraced the Canadian lifestyle, learning to love winter sports and the great outdoors. An avid traveler and reader, Shir also enjoys discovering new music and finds inspiration in exploring different cultures and perspectives.
