Since entering the workforce, Jarrett has built his life around three commitments: his family, his community, and continuous growth. He's a proud husband and father of two, and at home he leads with open communication and a genuine respect for the fact that everyone approaches challenges differently. That same philosophy shapes his practice as he takes the time to understand each client's unique goals, knowing there's rarely just one right path to a solution.

Jarrett volunteers with Junior Achievement, teaching financial literacy to kids and adults, and has taken the lead on bringing more volunteers into local schools. He's also a regular donor with Canadian Blood Services, a commitment rooted in his family's history of giving back, and proudly sponsors community events for Cassie + Friends.

Outside of work, Jarrett stays active through regular workouts, pickup soccer, and organized ball hockey, where he sponsors his team, the Little Woodpeckers. He also coaches his kids' sports, ball hockey, football, baseball, and even the occasional dance class and remains committed to lifelong learning in an industry that's always evolving.

Jarrett spent 15 years in oil and gas, working on drilling rigs and in pipelines, before a pivotal realization in 2020: it was time to take control of his own financial future. That journey led him to a mentor who showed him how insurance protects a financial plan, not just builds it. Today, Jarrett helps individuals, families, and business owners create strategies that are both offensive and defensively designed to pursue their goals while protecting what they've built against life's unexpected speed bumps.
