The 2026 FP Canada Stress Index revealed that 43% of Canadians say money stresses them out more than anything else. Even more telling? Those without a financial planner are nearly 20% more likely to feel this way. (https://www.fpcanada.ca/2026-financial-stress-index)

Sun Life’s partnership with the Toronto Raptors came with an incredible perk - an exclusive private tour of the Raptors training facility, and I was lucky enough to be one of the few chosen to experience it.
