For over a decade, I have been in the financial services industry. I focus on giving great value to Clients and helping them plan for their short-term and long-term goals.

I began my career in various financial services roles with an early focus on group retirement services. I then transitioned to a financial advisor where I found my passion in helping Clients achieve financial success. I’m dedicated to working with Clients and guiding them on their financial journey. From a young age, I realized the peace and security that a proper budget, savings, insurance and investment plan can give. I take great pride in offering the same peace of mind to Clients.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, attending sporting events and spending time with family. A perfect summer day for me would be spending time with family in wine country.

I am an experienced administrative assistant. I have a demonstrated history of over 15 years working in the customer service and financial industry. As an administrative assistant, I am your liaison to Liana Carvalho and Lucerna Financial Services Inc. I am always ready to help. I am passionate about helping others and learning something new each day. I believe that finances form an important part of our lives as it gives us a sense of purpose. What we do today will determine our future. I know that everyone deserves a sense of financial security. 

I grew up in Costa Rica and speak Spanish fluently. In my spare time I enjoy listening to music and being active. Although a perfect day would be a cozy night in with my family watching movies.
