I was born and raised in Lethbridge and take pride in serving the community I’ve always called home. I graduated from Lethbridge College in 1986 with a diploma in Business Administration. Early in my career, I worked alongside my parents in our family-owned business, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of running a small business—perspective I still draw on today when working with business owners and entrepreneurs.

I began my career with Sun Life in 2004 and joined LKA Financial in 2006, where I spent many years as a producer before becoming CEO. In addition to leading the team, I continue to work closely with Clients and enjoy the challenge of operating in an ever-changing financial services industry.

With over 20 years of experience, my approach starts with a roadmap. I believe every strong financial future begins with a clear, well-structured strategy, providing the foundation to build toward long-term goals. I focus on disciplined, tailored strategies designed to help Clients achieve financial confidence.

I’m passionate about helping Clients from all walks of life, especially those with a small business background, and I’m a strong advocate for improving financial literacy so Canadians can make more informed decisions.

Outside of work, I’m actively involved in the community. After my son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age seven, I became a dedicated supporter of Breakthrough T1D Canada, helping organize the annual Lethbridge Walk. I’ve been married to my wife Trish for over 30 years, and we have two adult children. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, golfing, tinkering on my 1991 Miata, and spending time with my family and our golden retriever, Finn.

With 20+ years of experience, I have had the privilege of helping Clients build confidence in their financial future through retirement, investment, insurance, and estate planning. I specialize in working with farmers, small business owners, and families, taking a holistic approach that begins with protecting what matters most. I believe a strong financial roadmap starts with a solid foundation. Without a defensive strategy, it is difficult to build effectively for the future.

My focus is helping Clients navigate financial uncertainty while creating long-term security for themselves and future generations. Having seen the impact a lack of planning can have on families, I am committed to providing practical, consistent advice that supports both today’s priorities and tomorrow’s goals.

I believe the best outcomes come through collaboration, so I work closely with other professionals to ensure each strategy aligns with a Client’s broader goals and delivers meaningful, lasting value.

Outside of work, I am deeply committed to community involvement. I have served as co-chair of Abbondànza, a University of Lethbridge fundraiser supporting Fine Arts students, and as co-chair for the Southern Alberta Arts Gallery. Supporting students and giving back to my alma mater has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life.

In 2024, I was honoured and privileged to be named Pronghorn Alumni of the Year by the University of Lethbridge in recognition of my community involvement and support for future generations of students.

I am also actively involved with my wife’s yoga studio and have been a dedicated yoga practitioner for more than 12 years. Most importantly, I value time with my family and two wonderful grandchildren.

I grew up on my family’s farm about 20 minutes west of Lethbridge. I developed an appreciation for southern Alberta farming and livestock communities while enjoying as many hours outdoors as possible. I helped on the family farm and had many opportunities for growth in both education and athletics. I am a graduate of the University of Lethbridge and proud to call this great city home.

Prior to joining the team in 2021, I worked as an advisor with another investment firm for two years. I had the privilege of working beside and learning from some of the best financial minds in the industry. I’m proud to be part of a team that provides holistic advice to help Clients achieve financial success.

I have a passion for helping families, business owners, and those in the farming community. Life is not a static event. That’s why I believe in making sure your money and your plan for the future aren’t static either. I provide Clients with goals driven financial strategies. I also give clarity to their overall financial picture by tailoring a plan to their needs. This means that I help you plan for today and tomorrow while helping protect what is important to you along the way.  

I’ve been a member of the LKA team since 2020. In my role, I focus on implementing tailored insurance strategies and investment solutions designed to help Clients achieve both their personal and professional goals. I am passionate about providing clarity, security, and long-term financial solutions that help support individuals and families at every stage of life.

Fluent in Spanish since 2012, I am able to serve a broader and more diverse Client base, ensuring clear communication and a comfortable experience for those I work with. It’s an opportunity to help kids build confidence, learn teamwork, and develop a strong work ethic. 

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three children. We're usually on the move-whether its bike rides around the neighborhood, playing sports, swimming at the pool, or packing up for a weekend of camping. At times life can get a little chaotic, but it’s full of energy, laughter and the kind of moments that matter most. 

My goal is to be a trusted resource for Clients, helping them navigate important financial decisions with confidence.

In 2013 after spending over a decade working in banking, I became a member of the LKA team. Initially working on the asset administration desk and leading that team for seven years. Then in 2021 I transitioned into the operations & HR manager position. I get great satisfaction helping lead a team as dedicated and successful as LKA Financial.

I have called Lethbridge home since 1983. As an import from Manitoba, I really appreciate the hot summers and mild winters here is Southern Alberta. In the winter I like to spend my time cooking for family & friends, unwinding with a good book or snuggling up with my fur babies. In the summer it’s all about camping, some might even call it “glamping”. We have a permanent site southwest of Lethbridge that we try to get to most weekends and during our summer holidays.

I am a mutual fund–licensed associate advisor/assistant. Since joining the LKA team in 2014, I have drawn on my 11 years in the banking industry to support both Clients and advisors with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and efficiency. I lead the asset administration department, supporting the advisors, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family in beautiful British Columbia, especially camping and quadding in the mountains.

Since joining LKA Financial Services in 2023 as an unlicensed insurance desk administrator, I have grown significantly within the financial services industry, earning both my Life Insurance License and Mutual Fund License. I am passionate about delivering exceptional Client service and providing thoughtful support throughout insurance and claims processes.

Originally from Burundi, I am fluent in English, French, and Kirundi, which has helped me connect with diverse communities across Southern Alberta. My multilingual and multicultural background continues to shape my Client-centered approach to service.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

I recently joined the LKA team. With a background in provincial registry, I'm thrilled to embark on this new chapter of my career.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my pets and family, baking new recipes, and taking walks through the coulees with my dog. I also love having movie and game nights with my niece and nephew.

I'm eager to build relationships with our clients and deepen my understanding of the industry.

In December 2025, I along with LKA celebrated my 20th year of being the face of LKA.

Having spent the last two decades with LKA, I believe our team is now, the best it has ever been!

I enjoy working with a wonderful team, and we are all dedicated to doing the best for each other and Clients.

After all these years, I still enjoy my role at the front desk, and it is because of our amazing Clients. At the end of they day, it is truly the Clients that we all come to work for.

When I am not working, I am home spending time with my husband and our furry family of dogs and cats. I have always had an interest in health and nutrition, and I enjoy a plant-based lifestyle.

I love summer and enjoy being outside working in my little garden learning how to grow my own herbs and veggies, or reading a good book on the patio.

I joined LKA in 2011 after many years working in veterinary clinics, trading in scrubs for spreadsheets as the head of Finance and Accounting. I’m proud to support the LKA executive team and help keep our financial world in order and running smoothly.

Growing up on a farm and ranch shaped who I am — I still feel most at home outdoors. My husband and I love exploring through camping trips, e‑bike adventures, and days spent kayaking.

A few things you should know about me: I’m an NFL Fanatic, a Disney Devotee, a lifelong cat lover, and a golfer who plays with more enthusiasm than skill. A combination that keeps life fun and full of personality.
