With a B.Comm in Marketing, I began my career in the financial service industry in 2005 at RBC Insurance before moving on to work various position such as Senior Associate Manager and Business Development Partner at Sun Life Financial. Throughout my numerous years of experience within the insurance industry, I found my true passion: working with people and offering my advice.
In 2020, I decided to return to my roots as a Financial Security Advisor at Marchand, Fairchild, Blais., where I intend to uphold the legacy left by its founders and serve our clients with the same standards of excellence that they have done for many years. Protecting clients and those they care about is my mission.

Eric Pepe
As a Canadian expatriate raised and educated in South-East Asia, I have experienced a different lifestyle that has led to my unique perspective on the dynamics inherent in conducting business transactions on behalf of a multinational corporation. Graduating with a B.Comm in Marketing and International Business, I was seeking for my next major challenge. I have spent my entire university career working sales and marketing jobs for leading companies in IT, cosmetics, and software.
It wasn’t until 2015, where I found my calling as a financial advisor and began working for Sun Life Financial. Although the role of advisor can be demanding, it is rewarding to know that the relationship with clients extend well beyond just a product sale. In 2020, I became an advisor for Marchand, Fairchild, Blais, where I strive to sustain its legacy and provide the same quality service as its founders.
