A message to our clients:
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved wife, mother, co-owner, and colleague, Nadine McDonald.
For 32 years, she was a devoted wife and partner to Mark McDonald, and for the past 20 years, she was an integral part of our financial services practice. As a second-generation family business, our firm has always been built on relationships - not only with one another, but with the clients and families who have trusted us over the years.
If there is one thing Nadine wanted our clients to know, it was how much she truly loved her work. She loved being part of this team, she loved the relationships she built with our clients, and she took great pride in making our office a place where people felt welcomed, cared for, and supported. For her, this was never simply a job, it was a meaningful part of her life.
While this is an incredibly difficult transition for our family and our team, we want to reassure you that our commitment to you remains unchanged. We appreciate your patience as we navigate our new normal, and the support we are receiving from our Financial Centre to ensure your needs are continuously cared for. We will continue to be here to provide the same care, guidance, and personal service you have come to expect from our family and our firm.
We know many of you knew and cared for Nadine, and we are deeply grateful for the kindness, friendship, and support you have shown our family over the years. We also recognize that her absence will be felt by many of you.
Thank you for your continued trust, understanding, and confidence in our family and our team. We are incredibly grateful to have you alongside us as we navigate this difficult chapter together.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Mark McDonald and family
