I am pleased to work in alliance with Janice Giroux.

Janice is a Certified Financial Planner with almost 10 years of experience. Janice graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in 1999 and shortly after began a career in the technology sector facilitating mergers and acquisitions and technology licensing.

When her youngest child was 2 years old, Janice was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. This experience led Janice to go from a role in corporate finance to one in personal finance, where she could help families like hers be better prepared to deal with such a life changing event.

Beyond her professional achievements, Janice is known for her dedication to her community and as an advocate for financial literacy through her work with the Okotoks Rotary and teaching Junior Achievement in local schools, Janice and her husband Mike have three beautiful children and in their spare time like to travel and spend time in nature.

Nicole Stevens serves as an advisor assistant and also as a Client experience manager, where she brings together her financial sector experience and a meaningful 15-year career in health care as a physiotherapy assistant. Her background has shaped a naturally empathetic approach, allowing her to connect with Clients, understand their needs, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

Known for her calm presence and genuine care, Nicole is dedicated to creating a welcoming, seamless experience for everyone she works with. Outside of the office, Nicole loves to explore new destinations, spend time outdoors, and challenge herself through climbing—activities that reflect her curiosity, energy, and appreciation for adventure.

Shir joins our team with over 18 years of experience in the financial and insurance sectors. She brings a high level of professional and attention to detail to our daily operations.

In her role, Shir focuses on streamlining our internal processes and ensuring that every Client’s request is handled efficiently and accurately. Her extensive experience allows her to provide invaluable support, helping our practice maintain the high standard of service Clients expect.

Outside of the office, Shir and her husband enjoy raising their three children and exploring their new home in Canada. Since moving, the family has embraced the Canadian lifestyle, learning to love winter sports and the great outdoors. An avid traveler and reader, Shir also enjoys discovering new music and finds inspiration in exploring different cultures and perspectives.
