Ruth Banks
After working in a variety of different administrative and service roles within the banking industry, I joined Ben’s team in 2015. Since the beginning, my role has been to provide exceptional service and expertise in problem solving. In 2023 there was an opportunity to enhance my client capacity by taking on the role of an Associate Advisor where I could directly assist Ben's clients. I enjoy cooking and gardening in my free time and just recently took up the game of golf.

Jailynn Radder
I have been in the Client service industry for 9 years. I'm constantly striving to treat Clients with respect and get them the care they deserve. Joining Ben's team in May 2022 was based on my desire to expand my knowledge and help Clients get in touch with their advisor.
My favourite part of my day is still getting to talk with Clients and community. Problem solving and catching up after life calms down for a short while will always be the number 1 thing to put a smile on my face.
I love art and spend most of my free time drawing, going on photography adventures or playing video games.

Nikola Grizell
I have been in the client servicing industry since 2016. It is my
