What is the meeting process?

Our initial complimentary meeting is simply an introduction. During this meeting, we will review your financial situation and see what your financial and insurance needs are. Please plan to bring all your current financial statements to do a through review. If you choose to work with us, we’ll schedule a follow up meeting to discuss your options depending on your personal needs.


What does Higgins Financial and Insurance expect from me?

We expect you to set personal goals, communicate these goals to us, even when they change, and to coordinate your efforts with ours to achieve those goals.


My spouse hates financial topics. Do I need to bring them to meetings?

While financial topics are exciting to us, we understand they are not exciting for everyone. Although finances are not always exciting, they are vital to the well being of your family. We encourage you to attend meetings as a couple if possible.


I am just starting to save. Do I need a plan?

Yes. If you have financial goals, you should have an advisor. The best way to determine your saving needs is to take advantage of our complimentary meeting so we can discuss your financial goals.


Is there an account minimum to work with you?

No. At Higgins Financial and Insurance, we work as a team. Even if you are a young couple starting out, it is never too early to start planning. One of our team members can get you started with a personal plan for your unique situation.
